Add Your Pet's Name to HTA
If you would like to add your pet's name to this year's official Honoring the Animals Program Book - no matter where you live - you can! In return for your gift of $10 per name, we'll list your pet's name, your name, and your city and state in our beautiful, full-color program book.
If you are able to attend this year's vigil, we will reserve a program for you to be picked up at the event. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND you may still add your pet's name and a program will be sent to you via US Postal Mail on or about Monday, October 9, 2017.
Submit Your Pet's Photo for This Year's Slide Show and Certificate!
If you order our memorial program book you may also submit a photo of your pet to be included in the introduction slide show that is played at the beginning of HTA at no additional cost. After you place your order we'll contact you with instructions about how to submit your photo. You must order our program book in order to submit your pet's photo.
And, whether you're able to attend this year's HTA or not, along with your free memorial program book, we'll also provide you with a 5" x 7" Certificate of Blessing. This means that your pet's name will be added to our list and receive a special blessing. Then, his or her name will be recorded and signed by Father Bill Parker. (Your pet's certificate will be mailed to you along with your memorial program book, should you be unable to attend.)
Directions for Adding Your Pet's Name
1. Enter the required information to appear in the program book. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE REQUESTED INFORMATION. Doing so may result in your submission being edited or rejected.
2. If you wish to submit more than one pet name, please submit one at a time. A $10 donation is required for EACH PET NAME ADDED. If you would like names to appear on one line, please contact us.
3. BE SURE TO CHECK ALL INFORMATION AND SPELLING FOR ACCURACY. CHANCE’S SPOT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS OR MISSPELLINGS.
4. Continue to checkout. You will be directed to PayPal where you can make your payment using a credit card, eCHECK or PayPal to Chance's Spot. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO CHECKOUT.
